Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and with corresponding surcharge. Please contact Frontdesk. Please return the key at Front desk after check-out. Lost key will be charged Php1000.00 per key.
The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage of items left in the room or other areas on the Hotel premises.
Bringing in of food and drinks are subject to corkage fees. The hotel is committed to energy and water conservation.
Make up room is scheduled between 8:00am to 4:00pm daily only.
Turn Down service is schedules between 4:00pm to7:00pm
Pets are not allowed inside the Hotels courtesy to the other guest.
Stained sheets and/or towels (e.g. by henna tattoos, lipsticks, hair dye) shall be charged accordingly.
Visitor /Joiner shall register after 10:00pm withcharge Php2,500.00 per night.
The undersigned acknowledges the I/we have voluntarily consented to check-in at Morgan Villas. As such, I/we and all my/our companion hereby release and waive any claim or right against the Hotel Management or its staff for any liability that I/we may have against the Hotel and or its staff for possible injury, physical or otherwise.
I/we agree to abide by the No Smoking Policy of the Hotel following the No Smoking Policy in El Nido Municipal Ordinance No. 32 Series of2018 and Republic Act No. 9211. Any Offense, a fine of 2 nights room rate shall be imposed.
I/we agree to pay the required deposit equivalent to the total room nights confirmed and allowance for incidental charges.
I/we extend my/our stay or consume my/our deposit, it is understood that additional deposit will be required to cover remaining total room nights’ accommodation and incidentals.
This waiver, however, is without prejudice to the rights of the Hotel Management to collect against me/us whatever damage and/or monetary indebtedness that may be incurred by me or my/our representative.
I/we agree to pay all charges incurred byme/ us or my/our authorize representative during my/our stay in the hotel.
